New study with NYSCI and Playground Physics!

The SciPlay team at the New York Hall of Science (NYSCI) is delighted to offer you the opportunity to be part of an impact study of our new iPad app Playground Physics. Playground Physics enables kids to notice and experience the physics in everyday activities they love to do.  We’ve worked with designers and students to develop the tool and now we need NYC middle school science teachers to help us test them during the 2015-2016 school year! Teachers can apply by following this link –  Apply Now! (http://nysci.org/impact-study-playground-physics/)

TEACHER INCENTIVES: Upon completion of the program, you will receive:

Two free iPads and grip cases.

VGA-iPad adapter.

Free professional development.

Standards-aligned curriculum.

License to Playground Physics.

One-year educator membership to NYSCI.

The attached flyer contains additional details about eligibility. Please share this opportunity with anyone you think may be interested in applying to participate. If you have questions about the study or the application, contact Amanda Jaksha at ajaksha@nysci.org.
